Watermelon contains a non-essential amino acid called L-Citrulline. When L-Citrulline passes through your kidneys, it is converted into L-Arginine, which converts into Nitric Oxide (N.O). Nitric Oxide helps improve blood flow by allowing the arteries to relax. This allows higher muscle oxygenation, which is ideal for greater muscle performance and recovery. In other words, you will be able to achieve higher reps, a bigger muscle pump, and greater stamina and performance.
