Voila!

So I was at the cooking lab about to prepare a very simple Dinner (Supper) when I came with this weird idea over my head. First of, is it normal for everyday folks to have eggs for dinner? Probably not? I don´t know really; however, I believe we should eat anything we want at any time during our day. So I saw some eggs, and I thought, how can I keep this simple, yet delicious. I saw a ray of light (Only in my mind) illuminating the Pecorino Romano Cheese, and I thought, let´s try something unique!
I spread the Pecorino Romano over the hot pan, and after, I placed an egg on top. Immediately, I topped the egg with some dashi powder, and I covered the pan.
The result was incredible!

You can use this recipe to pretend giving a regular sunny side egg, and suddenly surprising your guests with the explosive Umami flavor of the Italian cheese.
